We take great care to accurately describe our handcrafted fragrances, including scent profiles, ingredients, and product details. However, we cannot guarantee that descriptions are entirely free of errors. Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed. Sillage27 Parfums is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. All Sales Final — No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Sillage27 Parfums brand name, logo, product names, scent profile descriptions, photography, and written content — is the exclusive property of Sillage27 Parfums and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sillage27 Parfums shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Rockland County/New York.
