Our fragrances are produced in limited, small batches and handcrafted with individual attention. As each bottle is uniquely created, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and support of our craftsmanship.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. This applies to all products sold on our website, including but not limited to:
- Parfum
- Sample sizes and discovery sets
- Sale or promotional items
- Fragrance is a personal and hygienic product, returned items cannot be resold.
Please Review Before Purchasing
It is highly recommended for customers to try a sample pack or a travel size to help explore the house collection of fragrances prior to purchasing a larger fragrance. It is also recommended to carefully review product descriptions, scent notes, and concentration details before completing their purchase. Questions about a fragrance, feel free to contact us prior to ordering we are happy to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sillage27parfums.com with the following information :
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, an appropriate resolution at our discretion would be provided. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sillage27Parfums is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure delivery to a secure location and monitor tracking information closely.
