At Sillage27 Parfums, each fragrance is carefully handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail. Because of this process, orders require a short preparation period before shipment.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7-10 business days. This timeframe allows us to handcraft, inspect, and package each fragrance with care before it is dispatched.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit schedule. Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. Sillage27 Parfums is not responsible for delays, losses, or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
